We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from rrdeye. If you are not completely happy with your items, we gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your package.
1. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The items are in their original, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered condition.

All original tags and packaging are completely intact.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, intimates, lingerie, swimwear, and pierced jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. How to Initiate a Return Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. That is not our return facility, and packages sent there will not be processed.
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at rrdeyeservice@outlook.com (We will reply within 24 hours) with your order number and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Once your return request is authorized, securely pack the items in their original packaging.

Step 3: Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to our official return center at:

3. Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. However, if the return is caused by our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or damaged item), rrdeye will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds & Processing Time Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notification.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Order Cancellation Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the standard return process upon receiving the package.
